Question & Answer.

Q: What is one of your loves, a simple thing that probably doesn't mean much to anyone else?

A: Finding a piece of clothing -jacket, shoes, bag anything, whatever it may be - that just pulls your wardrobe together.

For me this has to be my army jacket. I've mentioned before that it was an absolute steal at £2 on EBay, it is originally from Gap mens & something that since receiving in the post I have worn practically everyday.

I love the fact that it goes with everything pretty much & has opened up my wardrobe to me. I am starting to pull out old Topshop dresses that haven't seen daylight for years that will go perfectly with the army jacket. Maybe it was fate that brought us together, maybe it just happened. Whatever the answer, I'm happy we are together!

What is you're answer to the question?

Dancing & Drinks.

This is the first of my outfits from the weekend. This one being the going out installment. I love this crop top from ASOS, polo necks may be my new thing... watch this space! I know you are all on the edge of your seats...

I love these Zara sandals, I just wish they didn't cut my toes up. I came on with a bloody foot all because of these bad boys.

Style Crush #12

Lara Bingle.

I only became aware of Lara Bingle's existence recently but after doing a little research into who she is & her style, her style especially, she is now a known to me! Her style is beautiful. Simple, chic with a little rock edge.

Just for one night

These H&M trousers are perfect for £9.99. Amazing fit, cut & they are available in a whole pile of colours! I love the bracelet too, another H&M find & is featured in the my post about rose gold jewellery.

These pictures are terrible quality but I was in a rush this morning. I really need to work on my picture quality!

Rose gold

I'm late on the bandwagon that is rose gold but now that I've jumped on H&M seems to be the place to get affordable & interesting pieces in the pinky gold toned family.

These pieces I found recently for under £5 each. They are both quite statement pieces which definitely grab eyes in the street. I like both with a simple tshirt combo allowing the necklace or bracelet to speak for themselves.

Everyday Face

I am really enjoying my make up routine at the moment. You know when you find products that just work for you every application - I'm there right now. These are my main products minus an MUA Black eyeshadow but I mean seen one black eye shadow, seen them all really.

I'm loving a dewy finish to my skin right now & was a massive Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum user until I decided to branch out & try the Rimmel 'Wake me up' Foundation (200 Soft Beige) which is a gorgeous foundation, maybe nicer than the Bourjois...

The Lasting Perfection concealer I use on any blemishes & the Bourjois as a little extra coverage on my cheeks & under my eyes. I set it all with the Healthy Mix powder which is alright but I doubt I will be repurchasing. Blush is normal either Nars 'Deep Throat' or Rimmel 'Smoked Oyster' both beautiful colours & consistencies. I contour & if I remember highlight with my Sleek kit in light.

I lightly fill in my brows with the MUA Blonde pencil & then line my eyes with Inika eye pencil I got free in a magazine, it is a gorgeous charcoal grey-black that set with black shadow looks nice & smokey & smudgey. I finish with Rimmel 'Extra Wow Lash' mascara applied with the wand from YSL shocking mascara.

The YSL is my favourite mascara of all time but a little pricey for me, I have found however that the wand works amazingly well with other mascaras.
