It's you that's keeping me alive.

Taking outfit photographs is so much easier on a sunny day especially as my bedroom gets a decent amount of the bright, light hot stuff that is sunshine. A sight not seen all too often in Scotland. I feel the sunshine, cropped trouser season is coming to a close not so great for me as I just purchased these trousers from H&M but I couldn't not, the print was just too inviting. Again with my army jacket but it was a bargain at £2 not £4 as I said before (£4 was the postage...) & it goes with everything so expect to see it a lot...

She may not be everyone's cup of tea in Made in Chelsea but personalities & opinions on such aside, the girl has style!

Rosie Fortescue mixes designer & high street to perfection. Along side a mixture of  textures, patterns & colours. Everything is pretty simple but styled to perfection & kept interesting through accessories including hats, handbags, jewellery & sunglasses.

To ease the loss of youth

I wear this top far too much but I love the shape of it & it seems to go with pretty much everything! My favourite part of this outfit has to be the rose gold H&M necklace - it is so simple yet extremely statement at the same time. I have plans for this with another outfit but that will be coming up soon! I'm not doing too much today so just a simple easy one. I'm also back to wearing eye liner, I missed it too much...

Style Crush #10

I think, don't quote me, that Ashley is in these pictures. I think, I find it extremely hard to tell them apart! Nonetheless the Olsen twins have the perfect mix of high fashion, boho & grunge to their style. Ashley, I feel, is the more put together twin with Mary Kate having a touch more 'grunge'. Whatever the opinion,  both styles I can't fault. They grew up in the spotlight & have 100% grown into their own styles in recent year. They own numerous successful fashion brands - they have to be stylish!

Maybe we were moving a little too fast

I love these trousers. A Zara sale find last year that has seen my through two summers, they are so comfortable & flattering plus they are a gorgeous orange - my favourite colour! #win The weather has picked up a little so we are off to the beach, wish us luck!

I finally got back into the gym today, a zumba class followed with a 10 minutes run & some weights and I am back in the zone! I like the gym zone, I am one of those sad people that enjoy the gym... I have started drinking more water the past two days which is making me feel much more awake. It is however resulting in an increased number of toilet trips...

I felt like being girly today so went for this pleated skirt with a basic v neck tshirt& my studded belt just casual & cool for a little sit about in the park reading my book. I'm not too sure about the hat, I feel a bit of a tit in it! What do you think?

I was all set to go chill in the park today in the sunshine then as soon as I stepped outside it rained! Typical. Instead of chilling in the sunshine I changed my room about, I love doing this. I do it so much! My style is changing a little bit recently, it is getting a little more relaxed & I am kind of loving it. I am also loving my new little above the knuckle rings from Ebay, they add a nice little touch of interest.

I am on a major major spending ban as I realised today I am skinter than a skint thing! Not good. I get paid a week on Friday so I am pretty much spending the week going to the gym, reading & on the interweb - basically no nights out or shopping. Boo hoo!

Seeing the world through new lenses

After a lovely week at my Mum & Dad's house I am now back in my flat in Edinburgh with speedy internet #yay!! As much as I love being at my Mum & Dad's, I love my internet also! On my return to my flat this afternoon I was met with a little parcel for me. Said parcel contained these little beauties - pictured - I had wanted some Wayfayer style sunglasses for ages but I can't afford to fork out on the real deal so these little babes from EBay do me just fine. I had planned on going for the classic black style but I fell for the tortoise shell when I saw them so they were mine....

I will be back with outfits a lot more regularly now, I have the bug back! Oh also I have joined Pintrest < click on this to go to my page
